Ever felt completely at a loss due to a situation or a happening? Ever felt that you can't figure out what is causing the anxiety engulfing you? Nothing gets your mind to relax - no matter how many diversions you try. In such a condition, don't you wish that there was a tablet you could swallow to rid your head of the buzzing stress, or that you could simply pull out the problem and throw it away!

At such a time, you would like to give anything to be able to share the dilemma and decrease the ache! But then you ponder if you can actually tell your friends about the torment you are going through. Or, could you confide in someone from your own family? But any of the above choices would mean exposing yourself to all sorts of opinions and suggestions which you may not feel up to just then.

Then what do you do? Who do you turn to? You resort to praying desperately hoping God will listen! But while you are waiting for your prayers to be answered, time seems to hang!

At the outset, you are trying to mask your problems. You pretend that everything is normal so that no one finds out!

At first you manage quite well but as time passes and a solution is nowhere in sight, you begin to succumb to the concealed pain within your heart. You can’t sleep, you begin to have eating disorders, and your concentration begins to waver. Your focus is distorted and all enthusiasm evaporates leaving you listless and disinterested in everything. All this leads to bad health, strained relationships and, most of all, you stop to notice the opportunities, which go unveiled.

After all, is this condition not too high a price to pay for just one problem? I know what you’re thinking. It’s easy for her to say this because she is not the one who is suffering!

Is that what you are thinking? But life is too beautiful and too short to allow it to slip through your fingers. Once the clock ticks the minute, it’s gone forever. Never to be yours or anyone’s ever again!

Time that is being spent undergoing such torments could, with a little support and practice, well be utilized to enjoy the gifts you have around and within you!
